Gold Tone Banjos, located in Titusvlle, Florida was founded by Wayne
& Robyn Rogers in 1993. Active folk musicians in the 70's and 80's,
they opened Strings N' Things Music Center in 1978. In 1993 Wayne designed
the original TB-100 Travel Banjo and began manufacturing and distributing
the "Traveler" mail order. After a wonderful review by Banjo
Newsletter, the TB-100 became very much in demand. As the company grew,
new innovations were combined with proven vintage designs. Dealers and
customers continued to request quality banjos in a reasonable price range
and soon Gold Tones' collection included 5 strings, 6 strings, Banjitars,
Mandobanjos, 4-strings and the Banjo Bass. Prices do NOT include a case,

OB-250 -- Orange Blossom Features
include maple neck, ebony fingerboard, maple body, maple resonator, one-piece
zinc-alloy flange (for that pre-war sound), brass tone ring, brass counter
hoop, Price licensed tailpiece, two way adjustable truss rod, and planetary
tuning machines. Cosmetics include highly flamed maple resonator in two-toned
brown sunburst, genuine mother of pearl headstock inlay, and hearts and
flower neck inlay. The OB-250 is endorsed by bluegrass legend Frank Wakefield.

| MC-150 -- Maple Classic Economically
priced, the MC-150 has all quality parts which provide excellent tone. Features
include maple neck, _" maple tone rim, maple resonator, shoe style lugs,
alloy tone ring, two way adjustable truss rod, Price licenced tailpiece,
and snowflake inlay. This model is convertible which means the resonator
may be easily detached for open back playing style. Recently, the MC-150
received a rave reveiw from a popular folk magazine in England which explained

a sweet frailing or clawhammer tone the MM-150 is our original open back
and has been very well received. Our open back has 24 brackets, White Ladye
tone ring (a three part tone ring famous for its plunky and sustaining tone)
clear finish on maple, chrome-plated parts, maple neck, planetary tuners,
and a thinner maple rim allowing more "air space" in the tone chamber. It
is equipped with a Remo Fiberskyn head, rosewood fingerboard, and diamond

| TB-100 -- The Traveler The
world's first true mini 5 string banjo has remarkable tone and playability
due to a totally unique design. A custom Remo 10" Pre-Tuned head eliminates
the need for the normal 24 tension brackets and other parts. The head never
needs adjustment which means string action and tone remain consistent. The
neck is exactly the same scale as playing with a capo in A (2nd fret) so
it feels comfortable. At only 2 1/2 lbs., and 31" it is a delight for traveling,
practicing, and of course for kids. It has a maple neck and rim, 19 frets,

The GT-500, 6 string for guitar players, is traditionally styled with maple
rim, maple resonator, maple neck and a rosewood radiused fingerboard. Our
original model features an alloy tone ring, heavy duty stainless steel tailpiece,
bone nut, chrome-plated hardware, two way adjustable truss rod, and sealed
geared tuning machines. Included is a sliding mag pick-up which may be slid
along the inside rod to different positions for a variety of tones. This

the original GT-500, the GT-750 was designed for optimal volume and tone.
After numerous tone ring experimentation, a unique bell brass ring with
a special lip was designed and chosen for its best sound. This provides
more acoustic volume and excellent sustain for a six string banjo. (Sustain

for the do-it-yourself craftsman. It utilizes a vintage proven design which
provides excellent tone!! All maple wood parts are pre-shaped and ready
for final sanding and finishing. The critical joints are all pre-cut and
the slotted fingerboard is glued to the neck. The 11" maple rim is pre-made
and guide holes are drilled. All metal parts are chrome-plated and ready
